The creek is probably the present Aowa (Aowa (Roloje) Creek) , or Ayoway, Creek (Aowa (Roloje) Creek) which reaches the Missouri (Missouri River) in Dixon County (Dixon County, Nebr.) , Nebraska (Nebraska) , near present Ponca (Ponca, Nebr.) .
